Unless otherwise stated, Board Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month and start promptly at 3:00 p.m. at the High Valleys Water District Office (located at 47781 Twin Pines Road, Banning, CA 92220). All Board meetings are open to the public.

Regular Board Meeting Agendas are posted at both the Poppet Flats and Twin Pines Community Boards (at the mailboxes), as well as the door of the office. Agenda's are finalized and posted approximately five to seven ​days prior to the meeting.

Once the Board Meeting minutes are compiled, they will only be posted after approval at the following month's Board Meeting. Copies of the approved minutes are available upon request at the District's office in Twin Pines.
